- A.There are two free parking spaces within the hotel grounds.
※These are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Parking is permitted from 8:00 pm until 8:00 am the following morning. - Q.What time does the shower room open?
- A.The shower room is available for use at any time after check-in.
- Q.Are there any convenience stores or laundromats nearby?
- A.There is one convenience store within a 3-minute walk.
Additionally, within a 10-minute walk, there is one supermarket and a laundromat. - Q.Is eating or drinking permitted inside the capsule bed?
- A.Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the capsule bed.
Should bedding become soiled, a cleaning fee of ¥4,000 or more will be charged. - Q.Do you sell shampoo, soap, towels, etc.?
- A.Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are available free of charge.
Towel and toothbrushes are neither provided nor sold; please bring your own. - Q.Can I sleep in my capsule unit during the facility-wide cleaning period when staying for multiple nights?
- A.Capsule units cannot be used during the cleaning period from 11:00 to 15:00. We kindly ask guests to leave the premises during this time.
- Q.Is there a smoking room?
- A.As this facility is equipped with automatic fire alarms, all rooms are non-smoking. Guests who smoke are requested to use the designated smoking stand located beside the hotel car park.

Our facility is available for use by those aged 6 years and above. Regardless of age, one capsule reservation is required per person. There is no separate child rate.
6–11 years old: Use is permitted when accompanied by a guardian of the same sex.
12–17 years old: Use is permitted when accompanied by a guardian.
If a guardian is not present, a signed consent form from the guardian must be submitted.
